  • Delivery address must be a Business. Business that operates at a residential location does not qualify. In this case a limited access "fee" will be charged to consignee:

  • This applies to private residences, apartments, camps, carnivals, Chautauqua, churches, colleges, constructions sites, dormitories, estates, farms, fairs, hospitals, home based businesses, individual / mini storage units, nursing homes, mine sites, mosques, parsonages, prisons, ranches, rectories, schools, synagogues, temples, universities.

Fee is determined by the freight company and depends on the type of "limited access".

We try to ship all orders out as soon as possible. Typically orders ship out the next day. However, at times this may change to 1-3 days.

When shipment arrives YOU must do the following:

Count, Open & Inspect entire contents BEFORE signing for the shipment! If the boxes look damaged, note damaged items and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. IMPORTANT! Receive damaged scaffolding and note damaged items and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. Failure to note damages/shortages at the time of delivery releases from all liability; therefore, you are responsible for any replacement costs. A notation of "Subject to Inspection" or "Possible Damage" on the delivery receipt is not acceptable. Specific notation of damage to the carton and product is required. If you signed for the carton without noting any damage on the delivery receipt you have signed the goods as "Free and Clear". That means that we will not be reimbursed for the damaged merchandise and freight charges; therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs. If no notation is made on the drivers DR, then Scaffold Frame cannot provide replacements as we cannot process a claim with the freight carrier.


Damages are notated when the damage is specifically written on the delivery receipt and/or are refused. Scaffold Frame must be notified of the damage as soon as possible so that we may issue you a replacement and file a damage claim with the freight company. If the driver did not remove the goods at the time of delivery, you must retain the product and all of the packaging including the carton and any foam it contained. The freight company may or may not come back to inspect and remove the merchandise. If they do not remove the product then wait until we authorize you to dispose of it.

Damage that is found after the driver has left and was not notated on the delivery receipt is concealed damage. Replacement or repair costs will apply on all concealed damages. It is your responsibility to inspect the entire shipment before the driver leaves. Failure to do so releases Scaffold Frame from all liability. If concealed damaged is discovered Scaffold Frame, must be notified within 24 hours (excluding weekends). We require that all original packaging materials including the carton and any foam contained therein be retained until we advise you it may be discarded. You are encouraged to take photographs of the outer and inner packaging as well as the damaged product. We will ship a replacement as soon as possible at cost to you.

All freight companies allow a specific amount of time for you to inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. The time limits are based on the total weight of your shipment. If the driver refuses to wait, then you must call Scaffold Frame. Immediately and contact your local delivering terminal. The time limitations are listed below for Scaffold Frame.


FED EX FREIGHT--Time Allotted per Stop 30 minutes

YELLOW FREIGHT--Time Allotted per Stop 15 minutes

ROADWAY--Time Allotted per Stop 30 minutes

The importance of this information is to show that logistic companies are required to provide consignee with sufficient time to fully inspect any delivered goods.

If the contents have been damaged or if there are missing goods, immediately make a notation on the driver's Delivery Receipt and call Sales at (877) 997-2233

Again, when the shipment arrives, the consignee must visually inspect the package for damages, shortage, and missing items prior to signing the delivery receipt. If their is any of these, the consignee must not this on the delivery, and give one copy to the driver, and retain one for their records. Upon completion, please contact Scaffold Frame at (877) 997-2233, to inform customer service of the damaged shipment. IMPORTANT! Receive damaged scaffolding and note damaged items and/or shortages on the delivery receipt. IMPORTANT! Take Pictures of scaffold and email sales.

Refund/Return Policy:

1. The return policy same for each item. All returns require an RMA #. To obtain an RMA #, locate your packing slip and use the Packing list number in the upper right corner of the packing slip. Original Packing list must accompany returns.

2. All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund minus a restocking fee of 25%.

3. Customers are responsible for orders placed online at Scaffold Frame assumes that the items ordered online are exactly what the customer wanted. Orders placed in its entirety by customer via online shopping cart takes precedent over any other method of order placement. (e-mails, purchase orders, order faxed). The customer is solely responsible for online orders. Purchase Orders may be used solely as a customers personal reference to their ONLINE order. Scaffold Frame only accepts Purchase Orders when customer has established a Net 30 Term account with parent company, Direct Scaffold Supply. If terms are agreed upon ONLINE orders placed by customer will no longer be accepted; Only Purchase Orders are valid. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

Return Rules

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product.
  • All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned orders which received free shipping will receive a refund less the cost of shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges to return an item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise back to the customer.
  • Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.
